🚚 Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders to the countries we serve. Because we cover the shipping cost, any taxes, import duties or customs fees charged by your country are not included and are the customer’s responsibility (see “Customs, Duties & Taxes” below).

🌍 Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most other countries.

We are not able to ship to India, Bangladesh, the Philippines or South Korea at this time.

🛠️ Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

📦 Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders arrive within 1–9 business days. In total, expect your order 4–12 business days after you place it.

Delivery can take longer during holidays, sales events and bad weather. If your order will be delayed beyond the estimated date, we’ll email you.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 2–5 days to appear, so please don’t worry if it looks quiet at first.
