30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please have your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
1. Email support@gigglygroves.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with instructions and the return address. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us, because items returned without approval can’t be accepted.
3. If your return is approved, send the item back with a tracking number and keep your receipt.

Return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost. For any other return, the customer pays for return shipping. In some cases (for example, low-value items), we may refund you and let you keep the item, so you don’t have to return it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Items we can’t take back
– Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts or packaging
– Personalised or made-to-order items
– Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
After we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to say whether the refund is approved. If it is, we refund your original payment method (PayPal) within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take extra time to show it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, email support@gigglygroves.com.

Customers in the EU, UK and other regions
If consumer law in your country gives you extra rights, such as a cooling-off period or the right to cancel an order, those rights apply and this policy does not limit them.
