1. Orders: your order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown by mistake or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.
2. Prices and payment: prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept payment through PayPal, including cards processed by PayPal. Prices can change without notice, but your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.

4. Product information and safety: we try to show product information, images and age ranges accurately, but colors on your screen may differ and measurements are approximate. Please follow the age grading and warnings on each product page and on the packaging. Some toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Children should always be supervised during play. Parents and caregivers are responsible for choosing toys that suit the child.
5. Intellectual property: all content on this site (text, logo and images, unless they belong to a third party) belongs to Giggly Groves or its licensors. Brand and character names on product pages belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.
6. Limit of liability: to the extent allowed by law, Giggly Groves is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under US consumer law.
7. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of INDIA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of UTTAR PRADESH, unless the law says otherwise.
